To create your account in Massada.es, you will only need your name, last name, a valid e-mail address and your date of birth. These are the basic data.

When you make your first purchase, you will have to enter the other details necessary to complete the order: NIF, the delivery address of your orders and the contact telephone number. The contact telephone number is necessary for the transport company to contact you when delivering your order.

All the characteristics are detailed in the product sheet. Select the product you want to buy and you will see the photos, characteristics, recommendations, modes of use... If you want more information, you can contact us.

Massada.es products are in our stock, they do not depend on third party stocks. In each product file there is a legend that indicates availability. For more information, please contact us.

The delivery time for orders placed in Massada.es is 24 to 72 hours for the peninsula and 3 to 5 days for the Balearic Islands and Ceuta from when it is processed.

Please keep in mind that orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day and the estimated timeframes described above must be calculated from that moment.

If the product received is not what you wanted, you can request a return. You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order.

To request it, reply to the email you received with the confirmation of your order indicating that you want to make a return and we will manage it.

You must select the payment method in order to finalize your order. You have three options:

If you have discount coupons, you must enter them at the time of checkout.

All products available on Massada.es have VAT included in the price indicated on each product.

Shipments within Spain (peninsula) are free regardless of the order amount and the payment method chosen. In the case of the Balearic Islands and Ceuta, they are free for orders over € 50, regardless of the payment method chosen. Orders less than €50 will have shipping costs of €5.

We ask you to have some patience until the delivery time is met in the order summary received. If after those days you have not received your order, please contact us and we will help you.
